Gonstead Method

PRECISION THROUGH ANALYSIS

Five Components. One Personalized Approach.

The Gonstead Method uses several complementary forms of analysis to build a clearer understanding of the spine and help guide specific chiropractic care.

Visualization

Careful observation of posture, movement, and visible changes can provide important clues about how the spine and body are functioning.

Instrumentation

Specialized instrumentation may be used to identify areas that show changes in temperature or other characteristics that may warrant further evaluation.

Palpation

Hands-on examination allows the chiropractor to assess spinal movement, position, and areas that may not be functioning as expected.

X-Ray Analysis

When clinically appropriate, X-rays can provide additional information about the structure and alignment of the spine and help inform the overall evaluation.

Patient History

Your health history, symptoms, experiences, and goals are an important part of understanding your individual situation and developing an appropriate care approach.

PRECISION MATTERS

Your Spine Is Unique. Your Care Should Be Too.

No two patients are exactly alike. Differences in lifestyle, activity, history, posture, and spinal function can all influence how someone experiences discomfort or changes in movement.
The Gonstead Method emphasizes detailed analysis so that care can be focused on the areas identified during your evaluation rather than relying on a routine approach.
